Yes, our music is cleared from being included in ContentID. It is a mandatory requirement in our acceptance of music from many different artists throughout the world. We also vet and process the music after it comes in and we do not include it into our catalog unless we have cleared it.

No the song/track is already registered with the PROs and all you have to do is submit a cus sheet if that is required for your process.

Dependent upon the type of placement, you will or will not be notified about a placement. Most tv placements will only be known when it shows up on a royalty statement. Film or ad placements usually have some email traffic and agreement negotiations occurring prior to final placement so we would let you know about those.

Yes! When you have vocal songs, submit the instrumental as well because the instrumental will most likely be licensed first.
